Rennie Yip
Owner and CEO
Rennie designs and delivers quality, interactive consulting and training that engage organizations in addressing challenges with high impact solutions. Rennie earned her B.A. from University of British Columbia. She received her Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Development from Adler University.
Rennie has led numerous strategic initiatives and cohorts including the designing and leading of coaching workshops for Fraser Health, developing policy and designing an online training platform for Clevest, and delivering strategic and workforce planning in the nonprofit industry.
Rennie provides training, consulting and coaching services to organizations. These areas include workforce and strategic planning, leadership assessment and development, coaching and workshop design, culture development, team effectiveness facilitation, job analysis, online training and policy design and development, conducting surveys and data analysis.
She believes that diversity, inclusion, equity and support in the workplace strengthen both the organization as well as its people.
